Este proyecto fue desarrollado en colaboración con Eric Barker Architect como diseñador jefe y Xavier Crespo como Project Architect.

El proyecto está ubicado en un cruce clave en el centro de Victoria –Pandora y el Gobierno con vista a la Plaza del Centenario en la puerta de entrada al Barrio Chino. La propuesta conserva la fachada histórica y la mayoría del edificio original. Un nuevo edificio de seis pisos se encuentra al lado de la Plaza, doblando la esquina para mirar a Centennial Square y envolviéndose detrás del edificio existente. Se creará un parque público y una cafetería en la acera en la fachada ampliada de Pandora.

Los residentes del edificio tendrán un jardín en la azotea para disfrutar de las puestas de sol del puerto y la actividad de Centennial Square. El edificio agregará 106 unidades residenciales y locales comerciales y restaurantes en la planta baja para animar la actividad de la calle.

La fachada de la calle del gobierno refleja la escala y los detalles del casco antiguo.

This Project was developed in collaboration with Eric Barker Architect as the head designer and Xavier Crespo as Project Architect.

The project is located at a key junction in downtown Victoria –Pandora and Government overlooking Centennial Square at the gateway to Chinatown. The proposal retains the historic façade and the majority of the original building. A new six-story building stands beside the Plaza turning the corner to face Centennial Square and wrapping around behind the existing building. A public park and sidewalk café will be created on the widened Pandora frontage.

Residents of the building will have a roof garden to enjoy the harbor sunsets and Centennial Square activity.The building will add 106 residential units and ground floor retail and restaurant space to enliven street activity

The Government St. facade mirrors the scale and detailing of Old Town.
